KABALE TRINITY COLLEGE SCRIPTURE UNION (SU)

The Scripture Union (SU) Club at Kabale Trinity College is more than just a gathering - it's a spiritual home for students who seek to grow in their faith, deepen their relationship with God, and live out the Gospel in their daily lives. Rooted in the truth of Scripture and guided by the power of prayer, SU is a vital part of the school's spiritual life.
Our mission is to raise godly men and women who walk in truth, lead with integrity, and shine as light in the world.

Our Purpose

Scripture Union exists to:

• Share the Good News of Jesus Christ within the school
• Nurture students in personal Bible reading, prayer, and fellowship
• Promote Christian leadership and servant-hearted living
• Equip students with biblical values to face the challenges of life
• Encourage a lifestyle of holiness, love, and purpose

At SU, students find strength, hope, and identity in Christ. We create a welcoming space where no one feels judged, and every voice can be heard under the covering of God's love.

Weekly Fellowship & Activities

The heart of SU lies in our weekly fellowships, held every Friday or Sunday evening. These sessions include:

• Praise and worship led by the vibrant SU choir
• Bible reading and study in small groups
• Spirit-filled sermons and motivational talks from guest ministers, alumni, or student leaders
• Prayer sessions and altar calls
• Testimonies and spiritual reflections

Other activities throughout the term include:

• School-wide prayer breakfasts and overnight prayers
• Inter-school SU conferences and rallies
• Leadership training for SU members
• Charity outreaches and evangelism missions
• Scripture-based skits and creative presentations

Outreach & Impact

The SU Club doesn't stop at the school gates. We are committed to spreading God's love beyond the campus through:

• Visiting children's homes and hospitals to offer prayer, encouragement, and support
• Leading school devotions and assemblies with spiritual messages
• Mentoring junior students in godly living
• Collaborating with other Christian clubs across the region for joint fellowships and missions
• Many of our alumni testify that their foundation in SU helped them navigate life after school with faith, resilience, and purpose.

Our Vision

We envision a Scripture Union that raises bold, Spirit-filled leaders who will transform their communities with the truth of God's Word. Our future goals include:

• Establishing a Scripture Union Resource Library
• Hosting regional youth revivals and conferences
• Launching mentorship programs between SU alumni and current members
• Creating a 24/7 prayer chain among SU members
• Publishing a student devotional booklet written by SU students
• We believe that revival can start here, and it begins with one heart fully surrendered to Jesus.
