At Kabale Trinity College, the journey of every student begins not only with academic orientation but with a powerful tradition that shapes character, builds resilience, and ignites school spirit - the S1 & S5 Pass Out Parade.
This annual event stands as one of the most treasured and symbolic ceremonies on our school calendar, held to officially usher in new Senior One and Senior Five students after weeks of intensive parade drills and physical training. It marks their full integration into the Trinity community, affirming their readiness to uphold the values of discipline, unity, and excellence.
Every new student who joins Kabale Trinity College is taken through a period of parade instruction and physical exercise, forming the bedrock of discipline and mental focus that defines our culture. These training sessions are led by skilled instructors who guide students in drill commands, coordination, teamwork, and endurance.
The culmination of this training is the grand Pass Out Parade—an inspiring display of order, elegance, and military - style precision. Students, dressed smartly in uniform, march proudly before school leaders, invited guests, parents, and peers. It is both a celebration and a declaration: they are now full members of the Trinity family.

No Pass Out Parade would be complete without the stirring sounds of our KATRICO Brass Band - the pride of not only Kabale Trinity College but the entire Kigezi region.
Founded within the school, the Katrico Brass Band is the pioneer school band in Kabale, known for its sharp performances, musical brilliance, and disciplined formation. Over the years, the band has performed at major national functions, school ceremonies, and community events, even playing for the President of Uganda and other dignitaries.
The band is more than music—it’s a statement of excellence. With its rousing air symphonies and wind orchestra harmonies, it gives rhythm to our parades and brings our ceremonies to life. During the Pass Out Parade, the Katrico Brass Band provides a live soundtrack to the marches, evoking emotion and pride in all who witness it.
The S1 & S5 Pass Out Parade is a reminder that every great journey begins with structure, and every new chapter deserves celebration. At Kabale Trinity, we don’t just welcome students—we mold leaders, from their very first steps on the parade ground.
