At Kabale Trinity, the O-Level curriculum is both broad and flexible, allowing learners to explore different subjects before narrowing down to areas of strength and interest at A-Level. Students take a mix of core subjects like English, Mathematics, Sciences, and Social Studies, alongside electives such as Agriculture, Literature, Computer Studies, and Art.

Admission into Senior One (S.1) is open to candidates who have completed Primary Seven (P.7) and sat for the Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE). Selection is based on:
